I like Peste Noire, although I'm not sure what the fuck it's socio-political ethos is. A lot of my favourite black metal acts have very nationalistic members (Drudkh, The Ruins Of Beverast, Taake, etc.)

Can't say I understand fully why such moronic ideologies manifest with my favourite style of music..

Peste Noire is mainly Famine's project and he has said he's really pissed off when people call him NSBM because he doesn't want anything to do with them.
Then again, Peste Noire's demo tapes are called Aryan Supremacy.

I feel like few nsbm artists could really be described as nazis...they may be racist or hateful but being a nazi is a a very time and location specific identity that I don't think really exists in any legitimate way now.
