Kishi Bashi had an amazing release last year. The album is all about him going through a separation with his wife and realizing that he loves her more than life itself. It's a bunch of cheery vibe pop tunes in his usual style but the lyrics have some real sadness buried inside. I've shed a tear or two singing along in my car.
