I personally really enjoy it. It's on par with Piper in my opinion, and the darker aspects of it really work in it's favor. The title track hasn't quite clicked for me yet, but it is fascinating, and the part with the drums is great. Remember A Day is pretty much the musical equivalent to a feeling of nostalgia, and See-Saw is ethereal (no matter how overused that word is). The kazoos on Corporal Clegg aren't that bad, or maybe they've just grown on me. Let There Be More Light is good, and is a perfect introduction to the album. And, of course, Jugband Blues is beautiful in a morbid sort of way. It's at least an 8/10, but Atom Heart Mother is better.

you have to cut the main suite up into pieces, its one big song made up of little ones like all prog suites. judge the parts separately and then as the whole so you can digest it better. idk thats how i always approached long prog songs
