It's great but I don't think it's AOTY, could end up in the top 25 for me

I liked They Want My Soul a lot more, this one doesn't have as diverse a sonic palette as that one did, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

It probably won't be my AOTY but it is my favorite so far, at least until the Yooka Laylee soundtrack comes out

They should've moved heavily into the direction of Pink Up

I haven't listened to it yet but I'm assuming it's around an 8/10 because almost every Spoon album is around an 8/10. Definitely not a bad thing, but they've yet to absolutely blow my mind or anything

I'm assuming your 8/10 is my 6/10 which is what I'd give this if not a 7. For me 8/10 is all contenders for aoty and then 9/10 goes to aoty

Yeah maybe I inflate things a bit. I'd put their best at around an 8 or 8.5 and the rest at around a 6-7 range. But I'll give the new one a listen later this afternoon
