Endless, Nameless is a terrible ending to this album, just six minutes of dull wailing.
yea it really does suck, its a joke song to put the "normies" off
>>71623353
this is coming from a guy that listens to grindcore, powerviolence, and noise. It just sucks, it doesn't even put normies off it's just nirvana playing like shit like usual lmao.
I feel like albums that have a """""""hidden track"""""", you could also just assume they end before that shit, in which case, Something in the Way is a great closer.
Long Drive should've ended with Make Everyone Happy.
Grizzly Bear's Shields should have ended with Sun In Your Eyes, oh wait, it did.
>>71623353
If they really wanted to put normies off they would have made the whole album like that, or at least used it as a proper track, not a secret track on only some copies.
Normies were Nirvanas target market, they weren't going to alienate them.
>>71623344
Every Radiohead album since Kid A.
>>71623730
True Love Waits isn't great, but I wouldn't call it very bad either.
>>71623730
true love waits is a fantastic closing track
>>71623724
Eh, they followed up Nevermind with In Utero, signalling Kurt's discomfort with success.
>>71623826
Also All Apologies is a great farewell track; Kurt calls everyone fags and then kills himself, seems par for the course but ironic because it's Nirvana or whatever.
>>71623774
Also Kid A is shit so who cares how it closes, it sucks
>>71623848
>Kid A
>Bleep bloop, we're gonna make bands like Bon Iver and Dirty Projectors suck in the future the album
>>71623730
>Wolf at the Door
>Videotape
fight me irl
>>71623730
A Wolf At The Door and Separator are pretty good songs while Videotape and True Love Waits are impeccable closing sentiments. That said, I'm not much for Motion Picture Soundtrack myself as I prefer the demo version with the third verse.
Worst song on an album that is shitty on average.
>>71623344
>>71623353
>>71623392
implying you fags wouldn't try to put off normies on your normie albums with one track lmao
Cobain was a /mu/tant before /mu/
>>71623965
don't get so triggered
offer a real response
what album do you know with a shitty ending?
>>71623344
literally the best Nirvana song
>>71623656
Wasn't Nevermind like one of the very first ones ever? Since that was in the early days of the CD and you couldn't really do that with vinyls
>>71623344
Edgy meme aside I actually like this song.
>>71623392
They ripped off a butthole surfers song for endless nameless
>>71624567
One of my favourite albums OAT but yea Analog Odyssey always gets skipped
>>71623344
The hidden bonus track on An Awesome Wave was that shitty cover of Lovely Day. Taro was the perfect ending.
A lot of you fuck niggas probably have no idea that if you or your friend didn't by chance acquire a copy with the track on there, limited run with the hidden track back in the day, you were shit out of luck if you were interested.
>>71623730
>implying that Life In a Glasshouse isn't the best song they've written
>>71623730
>He doesn't like Life in a Glasshouse
How's it feel to have such degenerate tastes?
>>71627327
ooga booga
>>71623724
They did make the entire album like that, and wanted to release it but their label forced them to re mix it with a different producer.
ruined an amazing album to be honest
>>71626081
which one
>>71623897
>This
>>71623730
Also fight me
>>71630395
the ending to sky valley is kek tho.
>>71623344
Poledo's not bad, but it doesn't work on the album. Would've been better on a Sebadoh LP.
>>71628982
One of the best songs on the album desu
>>71623917
Bound 2 is one of the best songs on there
>>71631312
That's fine and all, but you're wrong
>>71632381
>Being this pleb.
>>71631038
good thing Just Like Heaven makes up for it
>>71623344
Endless, Nameless wasn't even on the original version of the album
Half a Canyon would be a fine closer but they had to tack on that shitty spiral track
I like him more than most people but that song sucks
>>71628982
I agree, wtf lydon
It's ok and kinda funny for like 2 minutes but then it gets extremely grating
>>71623730
The Tourist is probably the most disappointing last track on a Radiohead album, compared to the rest of the album anyway.
>>71632520
I like the 17 seconds thing, it seems like a fitting album closer to me.
>>71632381
>implying
The beat is good, but the features are too many and inconsistent in quality. I could forgive it if they ended on Meech's verse, but no, fucking Mac Miller had to deliver the last verse on this. Who fucking greenlit that idea?
>>71623917
Yeezus had 2 good things: The Frank Ocean feature on New Slaves and the Bound 2 sample. I'll agree that Yeezus what shitty as a whole but Bound 2 is the best song on there, lol.
>>71630395
Yeah... The ending fucking blows. I get what they were trying to do but it just comes off completely unfunny and even cringey. Shame because Whitewater has such a killer riff.
