That's pretty hard actually. I'll have to say Devo because I like their best stuff better than Boingo's best songs but it's really close.

Lyrically, Boingo is DEVO for high school edgelords who just learned that the US isn't that great. Musically, though, they're about equal.

'70s Devo were leagues more creative and interesting, but I'll take Boingo over anything post-Duty-Now any day

both peaked with their first album, but i'd probably give it to oingo boingo just because they had more entertaining career
