Im not gonna comment on the mix like you asked in your post because im not an audio engineer, Im a songwriter.
I would explore some more with youre scatting style singing.
Maybe Put that scatting part in the intro as well as where it already is.
Actually i will comment on the mix.
The balance of guitars to vocals is a bit off for me because i like shit a little more poppy.
If you want to stay underground forever, than it's fine, but if people cant understand your lyrics, it's less accessible.
But I think your on to something...it's kind of New Wavvy and a bit gothy.

i like how the guitar note is syncopated to the bass drum hits, sometimes it gets a little annoying but the synths in the back and the bass smooth it out for a good product. really love how you get rid of all the high end near the end of the track and bring it back, always a good way to end the song.
