At least he still has a sense of humor about him.

especially now
I watched Split a while back. Legit, was the first movie I went out to the theater to see since 2010. It was extremely mediocre. Should have watched Hacksaw Ridge.
I watched movies at home so I'm not as bad as Phil, but none I can really remember
Sorry for the blog post anons.

>Should have watched Hacksaw Ridge
That's an understatement
>ywn know what it's like to lose your waifu because you will die alone and bitter
>tfw you recognize it's sad as fuck that his wife dies
>tfw his new album sucks
>tfw it's hard to criticize it without looking like an insensitive asshole about the fact that his wife died
>>71606543
Is this the movie he's taking about?

and it's not shit, like that anon said. it's an AOTY contender.
The new album is unlistenable for me. It's too raw and I feel uncomfortable listening to it, like it's something I'm not suppose to hear. But maybe grieving music should be like this, not overly flashy garbage like Tears In Heaven.

ravens is pretty good, but the album's incredibly flat. it's all just light guitar over phil's sad poetry. and this is as someone who was really looking forward to the album.
>>71607245
We're lucky really to get an album at all. I just read an article on pitchfork that said he only recorded when his daughter was either asleep or away on play dates. Not surprised the production is stripped down after reading that.
>>71607255
and please don't take this comment as "hurr you can't criticize or hate it" because I don't mean it that way. I mean, it explains why the production is lacking

>Jackie
THAT'S MYYYY NAAAAME!
>>71607268
and the end results still suck?
what is your point

>you have to go out of your way to not see a movie in YEARS
more like the opposite, I haven't seen anything in almost a year because nothing interested me enough, and it's very easy to just not do something you don't want to do
