I found this page that taps into the Spotify API to get your top artists and track plays over different periods. Only way to get personal play counts as far as I know.

Ignore the dodgy IP address link it does work, see image

This is pretty incorrect. I have never llistened to Ghost B.C. yet it's in my medium term top artists. Led Zeppelin is #3 and I never listen to Led Zeppelin.

Perhaps it's a frequent song that shows up on a radio station while you listen idly. Unless this list is based off of selected songs.
