Nigga is it so hard to recognise?
Also, you can still open catalog, press Ctrl+G and type "BANDCAMP"
>>71561181
you significantly increase the risk of someone looking at the catalog page, scrolling through every picture, not seeing bandcamp logos and making a new thread and since mods are asleep we end up in the really annoying situation of two simultaneous threads which ultimately ends up in both threads being shit when it comes to actual discussion beside the link-dumping,
person
>>71561236
You might be overthinking this, but you're right.
The reason BC threads are shit lately is because all music discussion and artist interaction moved to the Facebook group

I've never written metal music or played in metal bands but I've always been a big fan of metal. Black metal in particular. Keep it up.
This is the brand new debut single from a band that I've basically been in since 2013. A lot has changed since then.

I'm going to be playing guitar on Gabriel's first full length among other things I'm sure.
Also, four of the people who are going to be on the Gabriel LP are also in this other band that will be releasing a new album this year too. Wild.

An interception of the afterlife, mixed with brittle electronics and blistering acoustic guitar that seeps through the cracks of a disembodied, mangled, and disorienting track. A sneak peek of the ever so dark, eccentric, and experimental sound that Yamir toys with on his upcoming record.

The first two tracks were enjoyable but took a little bit to get into. I really liked Creamsicle though, the lead synth on that one was fun.

Can't say I've ever liked black metal but I thought the first track was good. I like the lofi sound but almost wish there were moments with a little more clarity.

Just a thing I did with a double bass, accordion and guitar. Sorry for the bad recording quality.
>>71560514
I do really like this. I thought I liked the first half of side a better until about 10 minutes in. Other than that small two minute gap, it was excellent.
>>71561806
I get a much more metaphysical vibe than dystopian. Fuckin spooky tho.
>>71564318

>>71560854
guys...
>>71570564
Thanks! What exactly do you mean by "took a little bit to get into"?
The last time I was here I listened to everything, commented on almost everything and got... uh, one comment back. I don't have a point I just wanted to let you guys know you're shitty people.
>>71571653
I always try to take the time to listen to a few full tracks, download if I really like it, and give people constructive comments. In return, I get MAYBE a few half-assed recs from partial plays of one or two songs. The only reason I still participate in these threads is that I can't seem to get anyone else to give a fuck about my music
>>71571684
Same. I'd recommend giving up on these threads though because as mentioned before they're full of shitty people and are generally just not a great place to advertise.

You damn poor souls how could we EVER do this to you? For shame... It is like, I don't know, we don't care about your stuff?
>>71571768
Then what the actual fuck is the point of these threads?
>>71571768
Yeah, I know. That's the issue. The bandcamp threads are absolute garbage because nobody cares about anyone else, you just want the fleeting validation of more plays. It's like a circle jerk where nobody wants to actually lift a muscle.
>>71571811
>>71571788
>hurr durr these threads are shit
Well yeah, you are on 4chan you expected quality? People who are giving feedback/being active etc. left this shell and went to the FB group just so to avoid shills and shit. All that's left is you, peeps who post to post and dicks who doesn't know any better
>>71571719
>They were one of the people that didn't return feedback, presumably nothing of value has been lost.
You take that back you fucking faggot, he always gave feedback, maybe if you weren't a newfag
>>71571601
Like it took until about a minute into the song for me to really get into it and see where you were going. Like a slow burner in a way. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, in fact it can be a good thing in many cases. It just didn't immediately grab my attention, it earned it as it went along. Some of the other tracks were definitely more attention grabbing from the start though, so I think you've got a good variety.
Just my thoughts anyways.
>>71572066
I see what you mean, and I totally get that it's not necessarily a bad thing. I was just confused because those are two of the songs that I thought of as being immediately attention grabbing haha
