Hip Hop has been dead for a while now. It's been just bass heavy pop music about fucking, smoking, drinking, and killing for a while now, and not even the decent horrorcore kind. The only new artist that actually comes out and tells a poetic story is Kendrick Lamar.

On the bright side, Migos doesn't sound half bad and it's solid driving music. Also a lot of these Georgia guys are actually pretty rythmically talented with their lyricism even though they aren't talking about anything important.
