Post albums you listen to all the time that /mu/ probably isn't familiar with.

Hundreds of them

Can you post a YouTube link or something?
We versus the shark- ruin everything

I'm a big fan of this album. It would be nice if he released another LP instead of just soundcloud tracks.
>>71507818
Probably my entire Exotica / Space Age Pop catalogue. Too low-brow for most /mu/tants.

Plamo Million Sellers- Needs Work (spastic, meth-infused pop tunes made only with toys and novelty instruments)
Granny Frost- Songs of Gore (grimy, tape-saturated noise-rap & noise-pop with really crazy and self-deprecating lyrics)
Suma - Let the Churches Burn
Doom/Sludge/Post-whatever

I've had the pleasure of seeing Snarky and Esperanza Spalding live in Toronto. Michael League is a bae
>>71510013

La Ley Innata- Extremoduro
Nerpola- Bufón
Porfiado- El Cuarteto de Nos
Run with the Haunted- Skyhill
The Singing Bones - The Handsome Family

hey man. that albums' MY LIFE
You're welcome.
>>71509154
Could you be any more of a fucking hipster?
>>71510013
t. Rolling Stones employee
Kettel and Zoë Keating are some of my favourites but never seen on here. They're not obscure at all though, which I find strange. Zoë has one of the top recommended records on bandcamp.
>>71510623
The live version is better.
>>71511119
I mean the live one is good... but better? you on CRACK!?
>>71509154
>implying anybody here is pleb enough to have never listened to an Esquivel album at least
Considering this board's taste, I'm shocked I never see this album posted
>>71511142
You heard me.
>>71511156
You'd be surprised anon
>>71507806
This album is a hidden gem
>>71509154

You're like the 4th post I've seen mention The Handsome Family in the last month and it makes me happy.
So underappreciated.
pic related, it's been making the poser rounds and it's pretty amazing
>>71507806
>>71509635
>>71511082
>>71511251
I'm intrigued
>>71511049
Their first album is vaguely well-known. At least it used to be recommended around here more a few years back
Is the album you posted better than the debut?
>>71511283
man, don't you have anything better to do than viral your shit in every other thread?
>>71511067
listened to this a while ago. serious trash
>>71510013
this is all pretty safe /mu/sic. try harder next time.
>>71511387
>tfw when when you have shit taste:(
>>71511353
the captain shannon album is impossible to find in flac, the soulseek download takes 2 years
if you want a mega link hmu
>>71509154
>youtube links
I don't believe that you actually own any of this stuff yet you tell people you do because you listen to the albums in full on youtube.
>>71511353
Yeah, I'd say so.
I don't think they've made a bad album and I think their debut is fantastic, but the Careless Flame kind of solidifies their 'sound.'
Then Carnelian kinda does away with it in a good way.
>>71511466
>tfw when you listen to music you don't really enjoy but is "so esoteric xD" so you can imagine yourself having a unique and interesting taste in music
pic also related
>>71511484
it's on spotify actually, so no need
I know that feel tho
>>71511295
4 Club Use Only is better desu
>>71511508
I'll be sure to check it out. Wasn't too hot on that debut, but I haven't listened in a long time, could've changed on me
>>71511534
or maybe he just really likes it and is disappointed that you don't, and is expressing his disappointment with playful banter
This is a great album, I get the feeling that Interpol was inspired by this artist. I wish it was easier to find other albums by My Dad Is Dead but this is the only one that I have ever seen posted on /mu/.
It's nothing groundbreaking so /mu/ would write it off as a redundant listen.
>>71511500
How else is he supposed to provide samples for people?
>>71511353
wink with both eyes is lo-fi pop perfection. despite coming out this decade, it's as genuine as you can get as far as that goes.
https://osr-tapes.bandcamp.com/track/mercantile-rugs
>>71511624
Well, if you weren't too keep on their whole free jazz/beat poetry take on the music, then you're probably not gonna care for the rest.
But still worth a shot, yes.
>>71511279
Hell yes, such an underrated and amazing band. I think they're finally releasing a documentary about this album sometime this year.
>>71511624
man didn't mean to be that harsh. now that i reread >>71511534 i feel bad lol
>>71511415
Wtf, i wrote music /mu/ could not know (sorry about JW, Blun>Laz) in my phone i also have Radiohead, Gorillaz, Arctic Monkeys, Björk, TLSP, QOSA, Smashing Pumpkins, etc music /mu/ already listen to.
Im getting into Lizzard Wizard so im listen to the last 2 albums a lot.
>>71510715
My bad
>>71511500
Not that guy but I have three Arthur Lyman albums.
People on here have obscure wizard metal albums that had 100 copies pressed and sold solely in Albuquerque in 1981. Exotica was pretty big for a few years there.
>>71510701
I envy u so much, ive seen live perfomances in youtube and theyre just perfect. I cant believe how much the studio adds to Culcha Vulcha, i dont know if even Culcha Vulcha > Sylva
>>71511689
pretty sure this is actual mu/core
Absolute classic, unadulterated by the posh cunce on this board
>>71512004
oh, sorry
i didn't realize, i just like the album and i rarely see it mentioned on the board because /mu/ only talks about 10 artists max
>>71510737
No puedo acostumbrarme al cuarteto, aunque solo escuche Raro (tiene un mambo con la madre)
>itt post artist that sucks but you some how support
:S
>>71512061
but most of /mu/ only seem to like shit
grimes, death grips, have a nice life, kanye west, the list could go on
>>71511825
it's alright... :(
It's pretty new
Gospel of the Horns - Call to Arms. Great old school black metal, dont ever see it posted.
