Why would you show aliens an album based on nostalgia for a specific period of time in the 20th century? Why not show them the common ground idea for what a song usually sounds like? Something like Pet Sounds or The Beatles. Yes, it's pleb as shit, but they'd LITERALLY have never heard music from our planet before. It'd be perfectly fine showing someone from a different planet music that shows the bare basics of what a song typically is. Even showing them some classical to start would be fine.
