I wouldn't say it's one of their stronger albums, but I'd hardly say it's a bad album. I enjoyed it a fair bit, I'd just say that they have a strong discog which makes it tough to live up to their prior successes.

I just really dislike how clean it their later work has been sounding, I wish the guitars would have more fuzz and screeching.

I find a certain appeal in their new clean sound, but I guess I can appreciate that sentiment since it's part of what I don't really like the direction Justice has gone for the same reason.

Is that just a general aesthetic you prefer or do you really feel like it detracts from the bands overall sound? I never found that aspect of them to be all that important to the end product.

I liked it. Such a fun band too. Recommend anyone to go see them live.
