You know, I'm one of those people who don't agree with numerical ratings of albums, but I can see the rationalization behind individuals doing it to sort their own music.

This shit though? This shit? Why? Additionally, how? I can barely bring myself to rate albums on a numerical scale, even albums that I'm intimately familiar with, and even then the rank probably changes a decent amount. How in the fuck do you guys rank individual songs on a 1-10 scale? I don't understand at all. Maybe I'm just jealous because I lack the capacity to quantify art but... I don't think I'm jealous of people who quantify art.
