I enjoy this album. What other RFTC should I listen to?

All Systems Go 2. There are 3 All Systems Go comps. And it is the best one by far, but let me explain a bit.
You probably listened to Hot Charity/Cut N Play. Hot Charity was a full album and Cut N Play was an ep. Both were only issued on vinyl, there was no mp3 or cd release.
John Reis has a vinyl fetish. He (and his band) intentionally take the songs they think are the catchies/poppiest and release those on vinyl and no other medium, so that they are precious for his actual fans.
Heres a Hot Snakes example.

Here's a Night Marchers example

All Systems Go 2 is all of their vinyl singles, and never released songs from a little before Hot Charity era up to the Cut N Play era. So about 4 years worth. There are very poppy radio friendly songs versus chorus verse-type weezer-ish songs, completely distorted noise punk songs, and there are catchiest pop friendly radio songs that have the song structures of DLJ, meaning not verse chorus verse.

OP again
Big DLJ and Hot Snakes fan, but just now trying RFTC because they always seemed so different from the other two, so I'm aware of John's Vinyl obsession. Plus, I spent a good chunk of the past couple days snooping though their discogs and ordering some stuff.
I checked out The State of Art and liked it, and I've been trying to get into Scream Drac for a bit, but it feels a little too Green Day for me.
Was planning on moving to Group Sounds next, would that be a good move?
Also, imo Suicide Invoice is def the best Hot Snakes record, at least a 9, and Auto Midnight is at least a 7 because of I'll Take Credit. Yank Crime is a 10 to me but that could just be sentimentality.

WARNING! on All Systems Go 2, Tarzan (the first song) is by far the corniest and slickest pure pop song they ever made so it is kinda cringy, don't let that one ruin the rest of the album for you.
Also, song number 16, I Drink Blood, is the last really good song on that comp, the songs after that are cover songs or throw away demos (which John admits in the liner notes)
Ciao Pasty, Cheetah, Turkish Revenge, U.S. Aim, Raped By Ape. Crack Party. Strangehold, Cut It Loose, Hot Heart are all 8.5s to 10s.

Group Sounds is a good choice, the songs are simplistic and low-fi without that "Green Day" punk sheen.
Circa Now! is also a non mall punk sounding album. It is much closer to indie/alt rock. It was my first album of theirs and from it I thought they were going to be the new Pixies, with weird lyrics, distorted vocals, then they released Scream Drac and became pop punk instead.
Also, some of the music for them may veer into glossy pop punk but Speedo's lyrics are anything but. They are almost on par with Pixies, Pavement, and Ariel Pink for weirdness, comedic value.
You may like All Systems Go 1, very noisy, intentionally shitty sound. Even more so than The State Of The Art.
Also, Hot Snakes are working on a new album,
a little taste for you

Heard about the new album, and I am pumped. If any of the Reis projects is likely to make a comparable comeback album, I feel it's the Hot Snakes for sure.

I hope so. I wasn't a fan of the last 2 Obits albums lyrically so I'm kinda worried Rick has lost his mojo.
Oh and there's also this.
Its a 2 song collab between John and Metz. Very close to the Hot Snakes sound.

And there was a new Hot Snakes song released on a comp about a year back, really not that big of a fan.
