I'm serious, anonymity is great for music discussion as there is less pressure to circlejerk over the same albums and new artists actually get introduced (which is the problem with leddit with upvoting xD), and the board isn't genre specific so it encourages people to explore new genres. Plus, /mu/ actually completes its creative projects.
