you can't expect to be good if you don't put the work in. 3 hours x 10 projects puts you at 30 hours of practice which is nothing. I've been producing for almost 3 years, started over 200 projects (finished maybe 30) and it's only now that I'm able to make music that's close to being on par with professional producers. It just takes time + effort.
