I found this neat japanese web where a music sheet is playable through flash player. It's great and all, but i would really like to download the sheet so I could open it on Guitarpro or something. Any ideas?

Have you tried looking around here (pic related)? I don't have flash player so it doesn't load the midi for me.

You want the midi file, you know that, right? I was able to find the "sheet" in image form as you can see in the image I posted ("1.png" for example) -- that won't help you with importing into GuitarPro or whatever unless those programs have developed some ocr/system of scanning printed music...

Yes. If i could somehow import it to guitar pro I would be able to slow down the tempo or something to help me learn the song better.
And i do doubt guitar pro is capable of doing such thing just yet.
It seems like the 2nd link is connecting me to their facebook page. would try contacting the admin for now and see what happens next.
