RTJ3 is definitely the best, in my book. It takes the strong points aspects of RTJ1 and RTJ2, then polishes their sound. It shows more creative diversity than the other two albums, and the features are better.

OP here. At the moment it's 3>2>1. Although I absolutely love RTJ1, I like the sonic improvement and growth that has occurred with every album since. That being said, the opening track on RTJ1 is still by far my favorite song.

Either he spent too much time campaigning for Bernie or he knew his new hipster teen audience wouldn't know the difference but it's the laziest work of his career. The production is as good as ever but it isn't as next level as RTJ 2

Easily one of my favorite tracks just because of the dark beat, the flow from both El-P and Killer Mike, and the use of those alliteration lines.

Personally I think RTJ2 is the best. MTJ second. This new album is shit, the hooks are boring and sound like they just didn't care and El-P is off beat at a few points and he sounds like he isn't being pushed. Killer Mike is the savin grace of 3.
