How's that backlog going, /mu/?
wishlist 160
the ride is the destination
i have almost 700 albums
only listened to 50% of them
im trying so hard
fine, got around to 5 or so today
Biggest disappointment of the bunch here.
As of two days ago I actually no longer have a backlog, I have officially listened to every single possible thing I want to listen to. The backlog now is just upcoming releases.
I'm a digital hoarder, it's impossible to listen to it all, so I might as well just try to download literally everything and have like a digital archive

get gud

Does that album sound like it look?
>>71151082
not even a big canoe
>>71151064
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

No, which is what's disappointing for me. Most of Tim Finn's stuff with Split Enz and solo kind of evokes seafaring/fantasy, but Big Canoe is more new wave-rific and vapid.
This one more lived up to that aesthetic.

doesn't even seem like there's a canoe at all to be even harsher
>Break up with gf
>can go back to hoarding music

About 600 albums deep.
just because of this thread, I figured I'd check my library size
neat!
Fuck me dude
I download like at least 5 new albums a day but only listen to like one new one before going back to my favorites
it's transcended into multiple mediums
>to-do playlists in foobar
>good ol' fashioned .txt lists
>good old fashioned text lists across years of journals and daily planners
>a youtube playlist for full album uploads
>album cover .jpgs saved in My Pictures
>bookmarked releases on what.cd (rip)
>favorited tweets from record labels
>wikipedia pages and music reviews bookmarked in chrome and firefox
>discogs wishlist
save me

Hope you still feel the same way 2 weeks from now
Stay strong
Not as bad as my gaming backlog, let me tell you that.
