OP, you surely don't mean literally flawless across entire discog, right? Just, no "bad" albums?

In that case, I'd submit Xiu Xiu, Parquet Courts, and all of the Zach Hill projects I've heard (there's no way I've heard his entire discography). But yeah, Josh Homme is the best response to this question, literally every project he's been in and every album they've released has been at the very least pretty damn good, if not fucking phenomenal.
