underrated release.
Was I the only quite shocked by the efforts of We Lost the Sea? They are the perfect blend of Caspian and TWDY

>>71124489
no, there's nothing wrong with liking the main stuff so long as you've gone out and ventured to hear the other stuff that's out there as well.
>>71124489
you're just scratching the surface.
Has anyone read Storm, Static, Sleep? Great stuff.
>>71125052
what would you recommend? I also like the dirty three. Not a huge Godspeed fan, but tend to like the less kraut and more song-oriented side of post rock. (Less talk talk, more do make say think)
>>71124254
Houdini is patrician as fuck, replace it with some Stereolab record
>>71125092
hell yea. It's fascinating to see the effort one can put into a novel. It's very well thought out. I don't agree with some of it, but generally a very good book. I made a playlist ahead of reading it so I could be listening to artist he talks about. I haven't finished it, due to class, but once I have time, I will finish it.

at least i got a (you) out of it

I fucking love Post-Rock, all waves included. Lately fallen in love with Yndi Halda.
What do you guys think of Under Summer?
I got a question for you lads:
Favorite non Post-Rock albums that could be Post-Rock?

Ganger - Hammock Style
Never see it mentioned here, absolutely underrated. Not exactly prolific however.
The only third wave band worth listening to, in my opinion
>>71125819
God this album was so fucking great. Probably my 2015 AOTY.
But I most offer you a counter point.
>>71124756
but it is pretty gud..

I love this album to bits, but god damnit it ruined Post-Rock. It was too fucking good. Inspired too many copycats
