That's more or less what I meant. there are no clear battlefields anymore, no rules of engagement. the whole world is a battlefield anyone can be on the receiving end of sovereign violence. Rival deep state agencies engage in proxy wars. Atrocities and terrorist attacks might be false flags, they might be staged, nobody knows anymore, least of all the victims. Your life is reduced to biometric data, a bargaining chip to be used in hidden power plays. War, Policing and Crime, terrorism and counterterrorism are fast becoming indistinguishable.
