i look at it this way: itaots is in your face and getting you into the mind of schizo jeff magnum. the glow pt. 2 is almost like a cinematic experience, you get weird idiosyncratic lyrics, narrating simple actions, coupled with dreamy sounds and instrumentation that almost work like a backing score. it's more narrative and provides a much more visceral experience.
