Tell me about some good jazz albums you've listened to lately. Or bad jazz albums too.

The only jazz album I listen to regularly is Ask the Ages by Sonny Sharrock.
Really good long-form compositions with very free solos.

too bad that's barely a jazz album
Beginning on Sun Ra, looking at his live albums from 60's-70's. Listened to a bit of Albert Ayler and Peter Brotzmann before then and I really enjoyed Ghosts and Love Cry from Ayler and Machine Gun from Brotzmann.
Any good jazz with strings?
