Lady Leshurr better not be a Freshman. Grime is never going to happen so it'll just be a complete waste of a slot. I think the only guaranteed Freshman's this year are Ugly God, Dex, Peep and X if he gets out of jail.

hip-hop is shit in the 2010s. The only people who disagree are children who've hears less than a hundred rap albums in their lives. It was actually great in 2015 but it has inarguably dropped in quality substantially since then.

If anything, several new styles have branched out in the past few years and there's some growing pains but I still say it's in the best state it's ever been in. Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Kanye, Chance, King Los. I can go on forever.
