No idea, I was just looking for a vid with Yamashita, as he's a great piano player (and I guessed the other anon was referring to Fukui, so I wanted to make a play on that as well) when I came across that one. It's an art project, and he played a burning piano before. I actually really like it, adds something to a funeral piece if the instrument is dying as well. Don't know about the dislikes, maybe people were upset with the destruction of an instrument, which in rock music used to be a staple of performance anyway.
