It's neat, I don't think it wouldn't be half as interesting if it was just the image underneath.

it would be better if it wasn't so compressed

the lines in the cover really hurt my eyes and completely disrupt what is otherwise a normal picture, I kinda like it though. there's something oddly charming about it.

I'd imagine the music would be the same. rock obscured by lots of sharp filters, not necessarily reverb but maybe a ton of bitcrushing, audio clipping and other low-fi effects to make the original intention hard to hear.
