All Things Must Pass has some good moments but its a slog to get through. I prefer his second album.

Johns first album is great but i hate the production and the asininity of the songwriting in his follow ups.

Ringo had some fun songs.

Blue Jay Way is one of the worse Beatles songs. Add For You Blue, Piggies and I Me Mine to the list too.

It's a good effort but Lennon was in love with that crazy bitch on a level most of us probably can't even comprehend.

I wouldn't say Paul felt like he's on another league compared to Lennon, at least within the Beatles. Lennon wrote Strawberry Fields, which while not my personal favourite Beatles song (that's Rocky Raccoon) is still I think their greatest track.

What?? I know Lennon was a pretentious hippie and and unbalanced asshole, but he made the Beatles' most creative and rewarding songs. Paul made great stuff, but a lot of the time you could hear that he wasn't willing to venture outside of his writing formula.

One weekend in 1968, Paul arrived in L.A. on some Apple business. Of course, it's not all work and no play when Macca is in town.
