I would like to think not. Yes it is heavy sampling, but it is editing the song so much than the original would it still necessary be a "copy"? This is not just because it's my favorite album.

don't you need to pay to use a sample of someones work in your song?

if so i think taking someones song and slowing it down and chopping it up is infringing on copyright.

That album is free tho right so I think that cancels it out
