WHAT'S WITH THESE HOMIES

I really only care for Blue and Pinkerton along with a few random songs here and there from their other releases. Having said that Say It Ain't So is definitely my favorite Weezer song. The lyrics are the most poignant that Rivers ever wrote in my opinion, and the quiet loud dynamic was done incredibly well in that song. The jazz guitar solo before the second verse is very tasteful. The chorus is infectious, simple, to the point. The verses are playful and well thought out, the bridge is a powerful climax and perfect release into the guitar solo. Watching the music video along with the song is the best way to experience it as the video goes along with the song really well.
