Motif isn't exclusive to whites, the other ones approach motifs but in their own way.

Not sure if syncretism should go to whites either necessarily. In the past century, Asians and Blacks have been just as crazy with that (ex. all the crazy japanese bands we often post here who consist of weird combinations of genres or how ahead of the game jazz artists were in syncretism compared to guys like Beatles/Paul Simon or the creation of genres like Blues itself)

Theory is also not exclusive to white people. Indian people for example have a different style of theory which in some ways is simpler than white people theory, in other ways much more complex.

Also I am not sure about the Asians one. It just sounds like you're looking at the Japanoise and Onkyo scenes with maybe some Gamelan. Though not gonna lie I am not knowledgeable enough on their styles of music to really say what else they do.
