I've had this for a while, but I think I've found the way to change myself
I want to change my body so I have that to work towards, next i need to find something to be interested in idk what yet
part of that involves changing my diet so hopefully a better diet will make me feel better
also i've found that just putting my shoes on is enough to switch my mind to "ok let's do something" mode

probably won't but I hope that helps anyone who needs it
