How does channels like Deep Mix Nation, Hot Vibes, Xdeep music etc upload hour long videos with copyright music without getting banned?

Is it allowed to upload these best of mixes?

When i upload mix cds i own to youtube, normally the record company makes a copyright claim on the video. What happens then is, they claim monetisation from the video but you can still upload it and the video will stay up (except if it's a mix with obscure tracks which sometimes aren't monetised). Sometimes they will block your video in all countries, but this is rare.

No it's not allowed, whether or not the videos are still up is just based on if the copyright ID system detected the music or not. Or if the artist/label specifically filed a complaint. So if you are uploading popular music then expect the videos to get taken down or any monetization transferred to the rights holders. If you upload obscure music or music from indie artists then it will prob stay up.
