Nah, post-punk posting is required on this post so feel free to post some post-punk under this post
The Ex are legitimately one of my favorite bands ever. They have a lot of stuff released and all of it is good. A few of the band members dabble in free improv/free jazz too with other members of that scene which is cool if you're into that stuff.
I hope they release a new album soon.
Does U2 count?

What's your favourite the ex album? Only just gotten into them

Depends on what you want their standard anarcho-punk stuff is from 1980 through around 1991 while after 1991 is their best stuff in my opinion.
I'd probably listen to History is What's Happening, Scrabbling at the Lock, and Dizzy Spells for a good crash course. I'd probably say my favorite album of theirs is Dizzy Spells. Turn is also really good but it's a double album.
They actually released a live album in 2015 that has excerpts from their shows at a venue in the Netherlands from 1991 to 2015 which may be a good starting point as it has quite a variety of sounds in it from their earlier anarcho punk sound, some free improv, a few songs from their experimental big band project, their collab with an Ethiopian saxophonist (which spawned 2 albums), and a couple songs from their most recent albums.

I should listen to more minimal wave stuff again. I consider that Deux compilation to be one of my favorite albums actually

They have so many catchy songs.
Actually one of my favorite post-punk bands, the guitar work is just great.
Anyone know of something similar to Tuxedomoon?
I absolutely love Half-Mute and Desire and want more dark experimental jazzy/synth stuff
