I'm not sure if you have watched the live DVD, but he's played Larks' Tongues In Aspic Part Two, In The Court of the Crimson King and 21st Century Schizoid Man (on which he does a great solo). Soprano, tenor and alto saxophone are very prominent too. It's definitely worth seeing and hearing.
