What if I told you, that I liked all my equally rated songs, equally?
Wouldn't that just like, blow your mind man?
What if like, all my 5's I thought were equally great.
Or all my 2's I thought were equally less then serviceable.
And so forth?
As for garbage taste, that is in view of your own taste, which I have yet to see and thus cannot discern.
Funny how shit works.

>albums with singles
>he unironically doesn't have two accounts, one for singles and one for albums+eps
>>70673724
why u linking me? i have no opinion of u
>>70673744
Surely you must have some opinion.
Especially now that I've replied to you and you've had to form your own opinions on who was behind the post that linked your own post?
And for the record it wasn't directed at you really anyway.
I included you for posterity.

>Not using RYM as a personal catalog to keep track of music.
If someone else gets autistic about my rating system or singles + albums
etc
That's on them, I'm not going out of my way for them.
The system works for me and that is what matters.
>>70673773
>it's shit but I like it so humph
Damn...
Really wanton'd my ding dongs

If you think that much music is "perfect" or the the best thing you've ever heared, then obviously music doesn't mean very much to you
and im >>70673358
>>70673810
I don't think music can be perfect.
And if I should ever find music that is, I will re work my system accordingly.
Until then though.
I enjoy all of my 5's equally.
Some for purely musical reasons, some for emotional reasons, some for lyrical, most of them a mixture of these and other reasons.
I enjoy them as much as I can, however often for slightly varying reasons.
If I was rating them purely on sheer artistic merit, my list would be different.
But that is not how I rate things and so that is why my list is the way it is.
Music means a lot to me on the contrary.
Music has made some strenuous situations and circumstances manageable.
Not a day goes by that I don't listen to music.
However, I tend to only gravitate towards listening to things I know I will like.
I rarely listen to radio if ever.
And I only seek out music if it either A) seems acclaimed, B) Holds a level of interest for me due to either the group or a song I've heard from the work, C) It was recc'd to me because of something else, or D) the most infrequent, I stumble across it.
This in turns to a pretty good turnover rate for music I enjoy.
That, combined with the fact I re-listen to my most favorite albums frequently, accounts for my tastes.
I can't really comment much on your taste as I've listened to none of those albums in full.
I've heard a few off of Hallowed Ground and Live/Dead but that's it.
Based on that however, it seems reasonable to me.
I don't expect everyone to enjoy music just as I do nor treat music as I do.
Music for me, is like oxygen.
Without it, I could not survive.
>>70673800
Well that's good m8.
Don't worry about it.
You're good.
