Got Mellow Gold CD from a friend for Christmas, says they got it used from Amazon.
About 2 weeks later another friend was checking it out and noticed that this was on the back of the booklet.
Is the autograph really legit? I don't really know how to check, all I can tell is that it was definitely written with a sharpie.
legit for what?

I don't wanna go around claiming to have an autographed Beck CD if I'm not even positive that it's not a forgery or something.
It could be that I'm just in disbelief that I got an autograph of one of my favorite artists by chance and for free

but it literally looks nothing like his autograph
it was probably the person who owned it

shit
Yeah, you're right

in what world does any of that look like it could possibly be a single letter in "Beck"
some weirdos like to write their names on their cds
i still have a cannibal corpse CD that once belonged to a Shane Anthony

Looks like it spells "Gus"

Well what else could it possibly be?
Even if whoever wrote it forged it, what other name would they have written? It's obviously supposed to be an autograph, so since it isn't Beck's, then who's is it- or who's is it trying to be?

I don't see the G, but I do see the U and the S.
It kinda looks like "Evos" or something. I can't tell what the crap at the top is supposed to be.
