What's worse: metal remixes or dubstep remixes?

metal remixes
> LOL we took this pop song and chugged an open-E in time with it! Isn't it FUNNY xDDDDDDD
or
> Super Mario GONE METAL!
> some long-haired beardo plays the super mario theme at double speed on an electric guitar with distortion
I say this as a huge metalfag myself

well you can't just "mix" a song into a metal song, you have to re-perform it and re-record it. That's called a cover.
So by default dubstep remixes are worse by virtue of being possible at all.

Are dubstep remixes even a thing anymore? I haven't heard anyone talk about dubstep since like 2012
>>70666540
First off like >>70666885 said, dubstep (aside from Skrillex and deadmau5) hasn't been relevant since around 2012. I'd replace dubstep remixes with trap remixes.
Second, I can assure you screamo covers are worse than trap/dubstep/metal remixes.
