I actually aborted Cloud Nothings with only 2 minutes left to go. That album was really bugging me bad for some reason.

Both are bland garbage

The cloud nothings one is really good., it Is catchy but the songs has interesting structure. Japandroid goea full arena rock

The 2 last songs of the cloud nothings album are amazing. Wish the whole album was like that

Yeah I haven't listened to Japandroids yet but I was really excited with the direction Cloud Nothings went on their last album
Dylan had a bunch of harsh noise groups open for them and was talking about being influenced by electronic music so I expected this one to go full noisy meat locker beatdown but unfortunately we'll never hear that album :(

both are pretty rad desu and people are underrating both which is kinda confusing.

Arc of bar is pretty good. Really like the title track and nesw as well. The more I listen the more I like it.
