shame these influences aren't really evident in her music
There are some great artists to be found for sure, if that's what you ask, but i don't trust these wall of texts, like grocery lists of artists of diverse type (a bit of post-punk, namedropping davis in the middle for jazz cred, some indie rock...) put together to impress.
Not that i don't trust her, but it would mean a lot more to hear her discuss them and explain her thoughts as a fan and a fellow musician rather than adding names together. If a vid of such thing exists, let me know
