i've seen him many times over the past few years. most recently, i saw him do a 8 hour b2b a while back (not at a festival ffs) and i was sober.

he's incredibly good at mixing these days. i'll give him that. there were points where it would take me 10 seconds after he switched tunes to even realise that he'd switched tunes.

however, his selection recently has started too jump around way too much. it's not that i have an issue with a mix (especially such a long one) spanning multiple genres, but the way he jumps about is just obnoxious. he'll jump straight from hefty techno to a fucking nigerian disco track and then straight to jungle. he'll do this multiple times in one set. it completely kills the vibe, and no amount of mixing skill can make up for that.

i feel like he needs to just come back down to earth (no that isn't a joke about his name Lls) and stop being so abstract. find his roots again.
