Windowlicker is the most normie aphex twin song (if ever there was one). But it also happens to be my most favorite one.

Honestly this, but I haven't listened to any Aphex Twin outside of the single Windowlicker came on
Don't know where to go from here, Select Ambient Works is too long :(

You're being honest, that's good. I started with Select Ambient Works 85-92. I listened to the rest of his discography and Richard D.James album is my favorite right now. There's an infographic of how to get into his stuff. If I find it i'll post it for ya.

Matchsticks is one of my favourites of his. It's not a particularly "interesting" or "experimental" track but I love it's dark ambient flavour.

Few songs give me this good of a vibe

It's really hard to choose just one favorite track from your favorite artist.

Xtal was the track that made me enamored with AFX's music, and I'm sure a lot of other people feel the same. SAW 85-92 remains my most-listened-to album.

His output during the Tuss/Analord era remains my personal favorite, and Rushup Edge is my all-time favorite album of his. The melodies being played with are absolutely gorgeous, and in true Aphex fashion, individual tracks hop around different ideas at a breakneck pace. For me, this was the peak of his technical prowess.

I really love some of the Soundcloud dump tracks, and I'm already starting to get nostalgic for the time when I first discovered them. For that alone, they've become some of my favorites.

Finally, I was fortunate enough to see this track performed live in Houston. That alone makes it special to me.
