Haven't heard this in a live recording, but saw it happen at Ozzfest, during Dragonforce's set. Lead singer was so fucking drunk and high he couldn't remember the words to Through the Fire and Flames, the only song of theirs anybody gave a shit about. I immediately stopped giving a fuck about Dragonforce.

It was also at that moment I witnessed a rather large number of audience members also stop being Dragonforce fans.
