It's quite possible that the two absolute best drummers in rock the world has seen and will ever see are Keith Moon and Bill Bruford. Keith Moon is already dead. When Bruford dies, there is nobody that will take his place. The closest I can think of is Kashikura Takashi (toe's drummer).

Probably none. Musicians are completely separate from their music to me.
