It has some beautiful melodies, but the rehashed lyrics about drug abuse, 'lost loves' and summer romances is just incredibly played out at this point. The execution of those lyrics was just horrible awful, songs like 'Nikes' and 'Solo' had no merit to them and epitomise the problem.
