It seems youre not very familiarized with IDM. THis genre tries to mix a lot of other genres into their music. IN this album Downtempo of course is there, but the mix, artist and album are considered IDM

Music As the Right to Children is IDM and downtemp. BOC is one of the best IDM artists out there, alongside aphex twin.
