What makes you say that? The whole album is pretty fantastic. It's one of the most soulcrushing and depressing things I've ever heard. You're right though that the quality gets a little worse, but that's only because the first three tracks are phenomenal.

The meme that RiL is front loaded needs to stop. The album starts out fast paced and punchy then slows down and flows more, seen and not seen listening wind and the overload are all great tracks
