To me it seems like generic garage psych so far. Nothing different for ty segall whatsoever
I like it. Very energetic performances

I really like it. Also, I feel like the instruments sound great and (a bit) different from his other stuff

Haven't listened to it yet, still going through Cloud Nothings' leak, but I'll probably get to it once I'm done. Is it any good?

I like this album a lot. It's very comfy. It's not bashing your head like emo mugger (I liked emo mugger though). The guitars sound pleasantly fuzzy, I like the composition on the 10 min song. I like how the electric guitar is worked into the acoustic songs. Also there is variety on this album. He has different vocal styles on this album. The performances are great and enthusiastic. Yeah, it does kind of sound like a generic garage record, but I think it is a very good and charming garage record with (I can't really say a lot) personality and some things that only Ty does. Also, the mixing is awesome. The instruments sound great on every song.
It's weird to exercise restraint in my expectations for this artist. He's never that different, but he doesn't really need to be? I dunno, I don't like giving him a pass but I also feel like I'm not GIVING it to him.
Being a Ty fan's strange.
I fucking love it, it's a lot less sluggish than Emotional Mugger imho.

I love Ty, but he'll never top Melted. That album was a 10/10 imo.
